Rhododendron - ssp yakushimanum x Springbok
Dwarf variety with compact, dense habit and mid-green foliage. Perfect to grow in pots or in a small garden which provides dappled shade.
In mid-spring, ball-shaped trusses of white flowers tinged pink with golden spots on the dorsal lobe and slightly frilly edges, make a lovely show. Requires well-drained, humus-rich, acidic soil.
