Shipping Policy
As of September 2025 the Arbode checkout is closed and we are no longer shipping plants by Australia Post or TNT. This is due to the increased cost of postage and plant stress during warmer weather. We are now specialising in bulk orders that we can hand deliver to selected locations. We ask that you email us at info@arbode.com.au to discuss your needs. In general, a bulk order will consist of six plants or more which we are able to hand deliver to locations such as:
- Sydney and environs
- Blue Mountains
- Southern Highlands
- Melbourne (approximately every six weeks)
- Mid north coast -(approximately every six weeks)
- Illawarra
Please reach out if you are not in these areas. We will try to assist.
Where we are able to ship by third parties, our plants are carefully packed and shipped individually in specially designed boxes to limit the stresses of travel. Plants are sent out once a week. The plants leave the Nursery with enough water to last the trip to their new home. Once the plants have left the Nursery, they are in the care of the courier and we are not liable for errors made by these services.
We endeavour to post all other items within 48 hours of payment.
Once you have received your parcel, please open it carefully, Arbode is not liable for any items damaged during unpacking.
Please note that due to biosecurity rules, we are unable to send plants to the following states:
- Western Australia
- Northern Territory
- South Australia
- Tasmania
