Rhododendron - 'Chrysodoron' x 'Burmanicum'
Compact evergreen shrub with sprawling habit and small, pointy, olive-green foliage. Perfect to grow under trees, as an informal hedge, or in pots. Needs some shelter as flowers are prone to frost damage. In September, it produces gorgeous clusters of bright primrose-yellow blooms.
Plant in humus-rich, well-draining, acidic soil.
