Rhododendron - yunnanense (s) x cinnabarinum ssp xanthocodon
Compact evergreen shrub with dense, upright growing habit and ovate, waxy bluish-green foliage. Produces magnificent trusses of funnel-shaped, creamy flowers blushed pink in spring.
Requires protection from extreme heat and well-draining, humus-rich, acidic soil.
