Pieris japonica
Shojo is an elegant, evergreen shrub that has a rounded shape when young, becoming upright when matured. The long leaves have a reddish hue before maturing to a glossy dark-green. In spring, small, soft-pink, bell-shaped flowers emerge to provide a stunning display. Prefers well-drained, humus-rich, acidic soil.
