Rhododendron molle
Norma is a compact deciduous shrub with rounded habit and medium-green foliage and is a sub-genus of the rhododendron family. In autumn, the leaves turn to interesting shades of yellow and red. In spring, ball-shaped clusters of double, broad funnel-shaped, hose-in-hose blooms in orange-red adorn the shrub in a sea of colour.
Prefers full sun to dappled shade and well-drained, humus-rich, slightly acidic soil.
