Rhododendron molle
Knaphill Red is a compact and low maintenance bushy deciduous shrub and is a sub-genus of the rhododendron family. Green foliage turns to lovely coppery tones in autumn. Large trusses of brilliant deep-red blooms emerge in spring to provide a spectacular floral display.
Prefers semi-shade and a well-drained, humus-rich, slightly acidic soil.
