'Petite series mixed' is a dwarf mixture of the crested French Marigolds. This variety grows to 30cm and produces masses of pretty, brightly coloured flowers in hues of orange and red. They are easy to grow and well suited to small pots. Ensure the soil is rich in nutrients, preparing it a couple of weeks beforehand with fresh manure and compost. Marigolds prefer a well-drained soil and full sun.
