Vaccinium corymbosum - Northern Highbush
Denise Blue is a deciduous, bushy, semi-upright variety with dense foliage and large elongated leaves. This variety is of Australian origin and self-pollinating. The fruit is large, round, and firm with good colour. Berries are aromatic with a very pleasant sweet taste and crop from December to early January. Prune heavily to maintain shape. Prefers full-sun and moist, well-drained, acidic soil.
