Salvia rosmarinus
Rosemary 'Rosy' is native to the Mediterranean region and is a classic culinary herb. This variety is known for its high germination rate and more vigorous upright growth of distinct needle-like leaves, Plant in free-draining soil that has been primed with plenty of compost. When growing in pots be sure to use good quality potting mix. Plant in full sun.
How to plant: Soak seeds in water overnight prior to planting. Plant several seeds in each hole and keep moist, but not wet, until germinated. (patience is required as this can take 6-12 weeks)
