Rhododendron hybrid - 'Apricot Gold' x 'Lem's Cameo'
Medium evergreen shrub with glossy dark green foliage. A superb Karel Van de Ven hybrid, this variety makes a wonderful addition to any garden. In mid-late spring, large trusses of stunning, funnel-shaped, frilly edged flowers in a muted orange with yellow throat provide an unusual display of colour.
Prefers a position that provides dappled shade and requires well-draining, humus-rich, acidic soil.
