Rhododendron augustinii
Medium size evergreen shrub with compact, upright habit and small, bright-green pointy foliage. Perfect for growing under large trees where they get protection from hot sun. A profusion of striking, small bright-lavender blooms emerge in early spring to make a colourful display.
Requires well draining, humus-rich, acidic soil.
