Rhododendron - degronianum ssp yakusimanum x 'Corona'
This compact bushy shrub is one of the “Seven Dwarfs” of Rhododendron varieties. It has attractive medium-green foliage and in spring, produces very pretty, pink frilly-edged blooms that fade off to white with age.
'Doc' is easy to grow and is tolerant to sun and wind. Perfect for small gardens or to grow in pots. Prefers dappled shade and requires well-draining, humus-rich, acidic soil.
