Arbode undertakes to provide our customers with the necessary information about the product being purchased to enable you to make an informed decision.
If you have any uncertainty regarding any of our products, please contact us so that we may assist you with your purchase.
- We take great care to ensure our products leave in good condition, however, as we use 3rd parties couriers, we cannot control the care of your product all the way to your front door. Should any of our products not arrive in good order, please contact us immediately.
- If we are unable to supply, or you have received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement, credit or refund.
- Please make a well-considered purchase as we are unable to refund should you have a change of mind.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
